This Client Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between 254-Tax Consultants / Ross Tax & Bookkeeping ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a tax preparation and financial services firm located at 2509 Cody Poe Rd Unit B, Killeen, TX 76549, and the individual or entity ("Client," "you," or "your") engaging our services.

This Agreement governs all tax preparation, bookkeeping, financial consulting, credit repair, freight logistics, and related services provided by the Company. By engaging our services, scheduling an appointment, submitting documents, or signing any intake form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms herein.

All legal and IRS documents prepared by this firm shall reflect the name Condre Dvon Ross, EA as the authorized representative and Enrolled Agent. The firm operates under EFIN 748335, PTIN P03215544, and CAF# 0316-76228R.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth in this Client Service Agreement, including the Broken Agreement Fee Policy ($50.00 flat fee + $15.99 per day), the Confidentiality Policy, the IRS Due Diligence requirements, and all other provisions herein. I understand that this electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
